a)
inhabited spaces on the ground level shall have a minimum of 70% glass at sides facing a street; where inhabited spaces at ground level hold residential uses, the minimum glass percentage shall be reduced to 40%.
b)
inhabited spaces on the second level shall have a minimum of 40% glass at sides facing a street.
c)
glass at ground/street level and second level must have a transmittance ratio of 0.6 or higher.
