§ 13.1.1. Definition of publicly accessible on-site plaza

A publicly accessible on-site plaza (Plaza) is defined as a privately owned space provided and maintained by the property owner for public use in exchange for additional floor area in accordance with LDC 25-2-586 (Downtown Density Bonus Program) and the standards herein.
