§ 13.1.4. Visibility

a.
Intent: It is intended that a Plaza feel public and display a sense of welcoming and uninhibited public access to use the space while maintaining public safety.
b.
Visibility into and throughout the Plaza is of paramount importance in promoting a sense of openness and safety. Consequently, Plazas are required to be visible when viewed from any adjacent street frontage. Any portion of the Plaza not visible from a public Right-of-Way shall not count towards bonus application.
