§ 14.1.10. Abandoned or Unattended Property

(A)
A person may not abandon a vehicle or other personal property in a park. PARD may remove, impound, and dispose of abandoned property under applicable law.
(B)
A person may not leave a vehicle, boat, or other property unattended at any park in such a manner as to create a hazardous or unsafe condition. PARD may impound the unattended property or move the unattended property to a safe place.
