§ 14.1.19. Remote Control Models

(A)
A person may operate a remote control model car, truck, boat, or the like in an open area of a park provided the person does not disrupt the enjoyment of the park by other park patrons.
(B)
A person may not operate a remote control model on or in an established trail, sports field or court, playground, splash pad, fenced swimming pool area, picnic pavilions, or other area with a specific designated use without the written authorization of the director.
(C)
A person may not operate a model aircraft in a park except in a specifically designated area.
