§ 14.1.2. Applicability

(A)

These rules apply to, and in, all parks, wildlife preserves, recreational facilities, or other areas belonging to the City and managed by, or under the authority of, the City of Austin Parks and Recreation Department.

(B)

These rules do not apply to, or in, cemeteries managed by the Parks and Recreation Department.

(C)

These rules do not apply to a City, state, or federal agent in the performance of the agent's official duties.
