§ 14.1.6. Assembly

A person organizing an event in a park that the person reasonably should know will be attended by more than 60 people must provide notice, at least 24 hours before the event begins, to PARD by calling the director's office. Subject to compliance with all other applicable rules and ordinances, the event is to be allowed unless the director finds that the event will disrupt or interfere with a scheduled event, or prevent or be inconsistent with the intended use of a park facility at the proposed site of assembly.
