§ 1.4.0. CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE

1)
The Building Official shall, upon request, issue a certificate of compliance for projects where no building permit has been issued when the permittee has complied with all applicable code revisions and a plumbing, mechanical or electrical permit has been issued.
a)
The Director of WPDRD shall, upon request, issue a certificate of compliance when an owner has complied with all subdivision requirements.
b)
The Director of the WPDRD shall, upon request, issue a certificate of compliance when an owner has complied with all watershed requirements.
2)
Nothing shall preclude the issuance of three (3) separate certificates of compliance for the same parcel of land, if requested by an applicant.
