Complete the Structural Verification Report. ( http://www.austintexas.gov/sites/default/files/files/Planning/Applications_Forms/Structural_Verification_Report_citylogo.pdf ). The letter should include at the minimum:
1)

Date of the site visit

2)

Areas of the property observed

3)

Detailed foundation and framing information of existing structure

4)

Current condition of existing structure

5)

Engineer's/Architect's opinion of the adequacy of the existing structure to support the anticipated loads

6)

Engineer's/Architect's repair plan, if required, to bring the structure up to the adequacy required to support the anticipated loading
