The following inspections will be required for manufactured homes:

101 Layout Inspection - This inspection is to verify the layout is as per the permit and to answer any questions the customer may have. City approved plot plan must be on site and permit posted.

Foundation Drawings required.

Survey required with surveyors seal.

Electrical Inspections.

300 Electrical Slab - may or may not be required depending on if there is conduit in the foundation or not.

302 Electrical Grounding.

3)

304 Temporary Electric.

305 Final Electric.

Plumbing Inspections.

1)

503 Plumbing Gas Rough.

2)

505 Sewer Yard Line.

3)

506 Water Yard Line.

4)

521 Final Plumbing.

405 Final Mechanical Inspection.

Building Inspections.

102 Foundation.

a.

Sealed foundation letter required from a Registered Design Professional or submittal of the TDHCA Form T - Notice of Installation by a qualified TDHCA inspector. TDHCA will issue the SOL.

Sealed Ty-Down letter from a Registered Design Professional.

Parking Requirements must comply.
