§ 4.6.2.7.2. Remodels and additions

For all remodels, additions or any time more than 32 square feet of sheetrock is repaired, the Wallboard Inspection can be conducted by Residential Building Inspectors or comply with Section 4.6.2.7.1. Insulation shall not be installed until framing inspection is approved or insulation is authorized by Residential Building Inspectors.
