§ 5.5.3. MOBILE HOME MECHANICAL SYSTEM

This rule is promulgated to administer and implement the Mechanical Code.
When a mobile home is placed on a lot or in a mobile home park in the city limits, heating/ventilation/and air conditioning equipment shall be installed in accordance with the Mechanical Code. A mechanical permit shall be secured by a registered air conditioning and refrigeration contractor before any mechanical work is performed.
