§ 5.6.5. PLUMBING IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY

This rule is promulgated to implement, license and permit requirements for plumbing in the right-of-way.
B.
All plumbing installed in the right-of-way shall be inspected by the Planning and Development Review Department prior to connection. No backflow prevention device shall be installed in the right-of-way.
