§ 10-1-6. RECORDATION OF DEED; COSTS.

(A)

The cemetery administrator shall record a deed conveying a cemetery lot or burial space in the county clerk's office of the county where the property is located.

(B)

The administrator shall include the recording costs in the purchase price of the cemetery lot or burial space.
