§ 10-1-15. CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE.

  • (A)

    The city clerk shall issue a certificate of acceptance in the name of the city that bears the city seal to the person who deposits funds under this article.

    (B)

    A certificate must state:

    (1)

    the name of the depositor;

    (2)

    the amount and purpose of the deposit; and

    (3)

    the location of the cemetery lot or grave to be maintained.
