§ 10-5-24. CITY ACTION TO CORRECT VIOLATION.

If the property owner fails or refuses to correct the unsightly, objectionable, or unsanitary condition described in the notice, the director may correct the violation. The director may:
(1)

expend City funds;

(2)

charge the owner for work performed by the City; and

(3)

assess the actual costs against the property.
