§ 11-1-1. PENALTY FOR DELINQUENT PAYMENT.

A person who fails to pay an ad valorem tax assessed by the City on or before its due date is subject to the delinquency provided in Chapter 33 ( Delinquency ) of the Texas Tax Code.
