§ 11-1-27. APPLICATION OF OTHER LAW.

(A)

The property of a person who has filed an application for an exemption under this article that has been disapproved by council is subject to the full amount of any tax assessed under the Code or state law.

(B)

This article is cumulative of other laws that regulate taxation.
