§ 11-1-62. DETERMINATION OF ELIGIBILITY.

(A)

The Landmark Commission shall determine whether a property is eligible for an abatement, subject to appeal to the Planning Commission.

(B)

After receipt of a complete application for an abatement, the director shall schedule a hearing on eligibility before the Landmark Commission.

(C)

The director shall schedule an application for a certificate of appropriateness, if required, to be heard by the Landmark Commission at the same time as the determination of eligibility.
