§ 11-1-69. DIRECTOR'S DECISION.

(A)

If the director determines that an applicant meets all applicable requirements and qualifies for an abatement, the director shall send a letter of verification to the appraisal district and the applicant, indicating the applicable abatement and the value and duration of the abatement.

(B)

The director shall provide subsequent letters of verification to the appraisal district on an annual basis for the duration of the abatement.
