§ 11-3-1. DEFINITIONS.

(A)

Except as provided by Subsection (B), words and phrases in this chapter have the same meaning they have in Chapter 334 ( Sports and Community Venues ), Subchapter E ( Short Term Motor Vehicle Rental Tax ) of the Texas Local Government Code.

(B)

In this chapter:

(1)

DIRECTOR means the director of the City's Financial and Administrative Services Department

(2)

QUARTERLY PERIOD means the quarters of the City's fiscal year, beginning the first quarter beginning on October 1 and ending on December 31.
