§ 12-1-52. PARKING ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS.

(A)

In this section, "parking enforcement officer" means a person designated by the city manager to issue parking citations as a part of the person's job function.

(B)

A parking enforcement officer may issue a citation on any vehicle found to be in violation of state or city traffic laws.
