§ 12-4-3. REQUIREMENT TO DRIVE AT A REASONABLE SPEED.

(A)
A person may not drive a vehicle on a street or highway at a speed greater than is reasonable and prudent under the circumstances existing.
(B)
A person may not drive a motor vehicle upon any street or highway within the territorial limits of the city at such a slow speed as to impede the normal and reasonable movement of traffic, unless reduced speed is necessary for safe operation or in compliance with law.
