§ 12-5-21. EXCEPTION TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS IN CERTAIN AREAS.

This article restricts stopping, standing, and parking a vehicle in certain designated areas. The restrictions in this article do not apply if a person stops, stands, or parks a vehicle to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or traffic-control device.
