§ 12-5-25. COMMERCIAL SERVICE ZONES.

(A)

This section applies to a designated commercial service zone between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. each day except Sunday.

(B)

A person other than a person operating a commercial vehicle may not stop, stand, or park a motor vehicle in a designated commercial service zone.

(C)

A person operating a commercial vehicle may not stop, stand, or park in a designated commercial service zone for more than 30 minutes.

(D)

A ground transportation service vehicle displaying a permit prescribed by Chapter 13-2 ( Ground Transportation Passenger Services ) may stop, stand, or park in a commercial service zone.
