§ 12-5-27. EMERGENCY ROOM SERVICE ZONE.

(A)

This section applies to a zone at a hospital marked "Zone For Emergency Room Service Only".

(B)

Except as provided in Subsection (C), a person may not stop, stand, or park a vehicle in the zone.

(C)

A person may stop, stand or park a vehicle in the zone for a period not to exceed 30 minutes if the person is traveling to or is in the emergency room of the hospital.
