§ 12-5-58. PRESUMPTION.

In an administrative adjudication hearing for a parking citation:
(1)

It is presumed that the registered owner of the vehicle is the person who stopped, stood, or parked the vehicle at the time and place of the parking violation; and

(2)

The Texas Department of Transportation's computer-generated record of the registered vehicle owner is prima facie evidence of the contents of the record.
