§ 13-1-162. OFF-AIRPORT BUSINESS CHARGES AND FEES.

(A)

The council shall establish the permit charges and fees for the use of airport facilities and access to the customer market generated by the airport by an off-airport operator by ordinance.

(B)

The director may prorate permit fees to establish a convenient calendar cycle for fee payments.

(C)

A person shall pay a permit charge or fee authorized under this division to the department.
