§ 13-1-175. CATEGORY III IDENTIFICATION NUMBER.

(A)

The permittee is required to obtain a heliport location identifier from the FAA.

(B)

The department shall maintain information identifying each heliport in the city by type, location, identification number, and name of the owner or operator.

(C)

The owner or operator of a heliport shall display the markings as required by FAA 150/5390-2 and Section 13-1-186 (Heli-facility Standards and Marking).
