§ 13-1-201. OFFENSES; GENERAL PENALTY.

A person who violates this chapter or willfully obstructs or prevents compliance with this chapter shall commit an offense punishable as provided in Section 1-1-99 ( Offenses; General Penalty ) of the Code. Except as provided in Sections 13-1-15 and 13-1-178 (D), each day a violation continues is a separate offense for purposes of Section 1-1-99.
