§ 13-2-7. TRANSPORTING PASSENGERS BY DELIVERY VEHICLES PROHIBITED.

  • (A)

    Except as provided in Subsection (B), a person in the business of parcel or package deliveries in the city may not transport or offer to transport a passenger, whether for hire or without charge, or permit any person to ride as a passenger in a delivery vehicle.

    (B)

    A person may provide a free transport service if the service is an incidental part of the person's principal business and there is no charge for the service.
