§ 13-2-11. ADMINISTRATION; RULEMAKING.

(A)

The department shall administer this chapter at the direction of the city manager.

(B)

The department may adopt rules to administer and enforce this chapter and all aspects of ground transportation service in the city. The department shall make copies of the rules available on request.

(C)

The director of the Department of Aviation may adopt rules regarding the traffic flow of ground transportation service vehicles at the City's airport.
