§ 13-2-13. ENFORCEMENT.

(A)

The city manager may issue orders to enforce this chapter. Failure to comply with an order of the department is an offense under this chapter.

(B)

The city manager, the department, the Police Department and the Department of Aviation shall enforce this chapter, rules adopted under this chapter, and orders issued under this chapter.

(C)

A police officer may impound a ground transportation service vehicle operated in violation of Code Section 13-2-3 ( Operating Authority or Taxicab Franchise Required ) or Code Section 13-2-253 ( Charter Bus Service Permit Required ).
