§ 13-2-19. PENALTY.

(A)

Unless otherwise provided in this Chapter, an offense under this Chapter is a Class "C" misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.

(B)

Prosecution of an offense under Subsection (A) does not preclude other enforcement remedies under this chapter. The enforcement of other remedies under this chapter does not prevent prosecution for a violation of this chapter under Subsection (A).
