§ 13-2-110. APPEAL OF REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION.

(A)

An individual whose chauffeur's permit is suspended or revoked may appeal the revocation or suspension to the director of the department not later than the 30th day after the notice of suspension is mailed by the department.

(B)

An individual whose chauffeur's permit is suspended or revoked may not drive a ground transportation service vehicle during the pendency of an appeal.
