§ 13-2-167. AMENDMENT TO OPERATING AUTHORITY.

(A)

To amend an operating authority, a holder must submit a written request to the department describing in detail the proposed amendment.

(B)

The department may approve or deny an amendment to a holder's operating authority. If the department approves an amendment, the department shall issue an amended operating authority.
