§ 13-2-211. AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE DESCRIBED.

(A)

Airport shuttle service is service that operates on irregular routes and schedules and that originates or terminates at the municipal airport. Service to the airport is prearranged.

(B)

The rate of fare that may be charged by an airport shuttle service is a flat rate zone charge for each passenger.
