Except as provided in Article 2 (
Ground Transportation Services Other Than Taxicabs
), Division 2 (
Ground Transportation Services Generally
), Subparts C (
Shuttle Service
) and E (
Non-Motorized Services
), a driver, a holder, or representative of either a driver or a holder may provide
only prearranged service and may not solicit a passenger for immediate hire.
(B)
A driver may use a hand-held sign or a sign on the vehicle to identify his vehicle
to a prearranged client.
