§ 13-2-257. APPEAL OF APPLICATION DENIALS.

(A)

The department shall notify an applicant in writing of the denial of an application and the reason for the denial. The notice must include a statement of the applicant's right to appeal.

(B)

An applicant may appeal a denial of the application to the director. The appeal must be made in writing no later than the 30 ^th business day after the notice of denial is mailed to the applicant.

(C)

The director shall issue a decision on the appeal not later than the 30 ^th day after receipt of the written appeal.
