§ 13-2-259. AMENDMENT TO CHARTER BUS SERVICE PERMIT.

(A)

To amend a charter bus service permit, a permittee must submit a written request to the department describing in detail the proposed amendment.

(B)

The department may approve or deny an amendment to a permittee's permit. If the department approves an amendment, the department shall issue an amended permit.
