§ 13-2-264. APPEAL OF REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF PERMIT.

(A)

A permittee whose permit is suspended or revoked may appeal the revocation or suspension to the director of the department not later than the 30 ^th day after the notice of suspension is mailed by the department.

(B)

An individual whose permit is suspended or revoked may not drive a charter bus service vehicle during the pendency of an appeal.
