§ 13-2-267. INSURANCE REQUIRED.

Before a permitee may operate any charter bus service in the City the applicant must obtain a public liability policy issued by a licensed insurance company and must furnish a certificate of insurance for the policy upon the request of the City. The policy must comply with all applicable current state and federal requirements.
