§ 13-2-270. ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORTATION.

When a charter bus service vehicle becomes inoperable, the driver shall immediately notify the permitee's dispatcher or home office that the vehicle has become inoperable. The permittee shall then immediately provide alternative transportation to passengers occupying the inoperable vehicle.
