§ 13-2-353. HOTEL COURTESY VEHICLE OPERATIONS.

Except as otherwise approved by the ATD director, hotel courtesy vehicles may only transport guests as described below:
(A)

within a two-mile radius of the owner-hotel;

(B)

within a two-mile radius of the Texas State Capitol building; and

(C)

to and from a major transportation terminal.
