§ 13-2-407. REPORTS REQUIRED.

(A)

A franchise holder shall submit to the department a report of revenues and expenses for each year of operation. The report shall be made on a form prescribed by the department and submitted not later than the 20th day after the close of the City's fiscal year.

(B)

A franchise holder shall submit a monthly report of statistics of operation to the department. The report shall be submitted on a form prescribed by the department not later than the 15th day of the month following the month for which the statistics are collected.

(C)

The department may require additional information at intervals specified by the department, to include reports describing vehicle locations as determined by the vehicle's Global Positioning System or similar navigational method.

(D)

A franchise holder shall submit to the department a report on any accident involving the operation of a taxicab that results in death or injury to a person or damage to a vehicle or other property exceeding $500. The franchise holder shall submit the report on a form prescribed by the department not later than the 15th day of the month following the day of the accident.
