§ 13-2-483. NOTICE OF COMPLAINT PROCEDURES.

(A)

A franchise holder shall affix to the interior of each taxicab, in clear view of all passengers, a notice informing passengers of the procedures for filing complaints with the department regarding taxicab service.

(B)

The department shall prescribe the contents of the notice.
