A franchise holder who operates a modified ground transportation service vehicle shall
provide training for its modified vehicle drivers, its dispatchers, and telephone
agents.
(B)
The content of the training program must be approved by the City's Americans with
Disabilities Act Coordinator. The coordinator may seek recommendations relating to
the training program from community groups knowledgeable about disability issues.
