§ 13-4-21. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.

(A)

The owner of a railroad track shall construct and maintain the track in a manner that minimizes interference with the use of each street that crosses the track.

(B)

If a track crosses a public street that is paved or is included in a plan for future paving, the owner of a railroad track shall construct the crossing in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the city manager.

(C)

The owner of the railroad track is responsible for the expense of the construction or maintenance required by this section.
