§ 13-4-41. TRESPASSING ON RAILROAD PROPERTY.

  • (A)

    Except as provided in Subsection (B), a person may not:

    (1)

    enter the portion of a railroad right-of-way that is outside the limits of a public street; or

    (2)

    walk or climb on a support structure for a railroad, including a bridge, trestle, or viaduct.

    (B)

    Subsection (A) does not apply to a railroad employee or other person with a responsibility to conduct a railroad operation or construct or repair a railroad facility.
