Chapter 14-1. DEDICATION OF OR NAMING A PUBLIC FACILITY OR PROPERTY. |

Article 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS. |
§ 14-1-3. DEDICATION LIMITED TO USE FOR EASEMENT.
The city manager may accept an easement dedicated by plat for:
(1)
right-of-way for street or alley;
(2)
utility use;
(3)
drainage use, including surface water, enclosed storm sewer, or culvert;
(4)
access for public use or service vehicle and equipment use;
(5)
recreational use, including a trail;
(6)
conservation;
(7)
franchise cable communication use, including voice, data, or video; or
(8)
other special use or purpose.
